Job Responsibilities:
Providing telephone and email support for the employees of our clients who contact us with questions about HR procedures or their employment benefits
Explaining how to use the online HR system
Investigating more complex cases

Wymagania

Required Experience:
Excellent English – C1 minimum
Proficiency in 2nd language: German/French/Italian/Spanish/Dutch – C1 minimum
Adaptability – you can switch priorities quickly when things change and focus on new goals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education:
High School Diploma
