Zakres obowiązków

• Manage Purchasing Projects (Bidding/Tendering/Spot Buy)
• Conduct market research and benchmarking analysis
• Select, develop and manage suppliers to meet cost and performance
• Continually reviewing existing supply deals and benchmarking prices to ensure best value is constantly obtained
• Manage Operational Contracts in line with contract segmentation guidelines and principles
• Run queries on own data and performs analysis to support decision making process
• Measure search behaviour, conversion rates, referrals, purchase patterns
• Understand incoming client requests and specification, follow up with the client where required (by phone, email etc) to ensure specifications are clear in order to select the best tactical buying options
• Adherence to client specific policies and processes (i.e. contract procedure rules, EU Procurement law (OJEU)
• Drive deep consumer/customer understanding and ensure all marketing and product management projects are delivered on time
• Build strong relationship with all colleagues and subsidiaries and with research suppliers to ensure superior service.

Wymagania

• Fluency in French (both spoken and written)
• Experience in a customer service or administrative role
• Up to 1 year’s experience in working as Buyer/Researcher or or in a similar role (preferable)
• Proficiency in various software packages, including Word, Excel, Access & Outlook
• A working knowledge of ERP and eRFX systems (desirable)
• Solid analytical skills with an ability to prepare various reports
• An ability to negotiate effectively
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Market, risk and business awareness
