Clearance Broker with German

Our client is a leader in the logistics industry, with a global transportation network that ensures fast and reliable delivery of documents, packages, and shipments worldwide. They are currently expanding their team in Cracow!
As a Clearance Broker, you will be responsible for:
– Creating and managing documents related to logistics and transport
– Verifying and entering data into the system
– Providing professional customer service in the German language
– Calculation of customs and transport fees
You will be working mostly from Monday to Friday (one working Saturday after the training period in a month).
A hybrid working model (2/3 days a week from the office) will be possible after the first 3 months of work.
Great candidate:
– Speaks German (min. B2) and English (min. B1) fluently
– Has excellent communication and analytical skills
– Wants to develop in an international company
