Marketing Assistant

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the marketing department in daily operations across various areas. This could involve anything from posting on social media, uploading articles to the CMS, and creating app notifications, to delivering a large painting that does not fit in a normal car to a basketball club HQ for signing, managing gadget inventory, ordering new items, engaging with people at conferences – and that’s just the beginning of the diverse tasks you’ll tackle with us.

• Contributing to brainstorming sessions and generating ideas for marketing activities.

• Researching industry trends and competitors, gathering relevant information to keep our marketing efforts sharp.

• Assisting with other engaging ad-hoc tasks as needed.

We are looking for someone with:

• A positive attitude. There’s a lot of fun to be had here, but there’s also a lot of work to be done.

• Proactiveness. We love new ideas – bring them on! And we value a bit of constructive rebellion – challenge us and share your thoughts regularly.

• Organizational skills. In our remote and fast-paced environment, self-discipline is essential. You may start your day with one plan and end on an entirely different note, so adaptability is key.

• Fluency in Polish and English. We’re a global company working with partners across borders, so you’ll need to navigate this intrenational environment comfortably.

• Openness to the unknown. Sometimes we’ll try something new, like recording an impromptu reel at the airport or writing a post about a rising crypto trend. We need someone who says, “I haven’t explored this before… but let’s do it!”

• Basic knowledge of crypto industry.

• Knowledge of social media trends, especially when it comes to video content.
