·       Managing an Enterprise wise mobile phones estate

·       Providing a responsive, proactive client and customer focused End User Support service

·       Providing support for internal clients

·       Undertaking query management and resolution in relation with key areas of responsibility

·       Producing various client-specific reports in Excel

·       Managing work volume to the necessary timescales/SLAs

·       Liaising with Service providers/customer service desks and end users when required

·       Providing first time call/query management resolution, wherever possible

·       Uploading data to agreed Capita systems i.e. SAP, and other system tools

·       Resolving queries and/or having the knowledge of how and who can resolve the query



·       Have very good communication skills in English (both spoken and written)

·       Have confident and polite telephone manner

·       Have good analytical problem solving skills

·       Have the ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload

·       Have ability to empathise with the customer

·       Are familiar with Microsoft Office applications

·       Are well organised team player

·       Have a Customer Service background (would be considered an asset)
