Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Becoming a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Capita:

As a Talent Acquisition Team, we support Capita’s internal clients with their recruitment needs. We are looking for someone willing to enter the world of Human Resources. You will take care of recruitment administration, interviews scheduling and learn what an end-to-end recruitment process looks like. You will use your English skills daily and upgrade your professional skills.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting in the full cycle of recruitment including networking, sourcing, screening and offering candidates

• Sourcing candidates and maintaining an active candidate pipeline

• Accurately documenting and maintaining all candidate information on the company database

• Pre-screening candidates and conducting phone interviews to find the best potential employees

• Managing all logistics aspects for interviews and assessment/development centres

• Conducting pre-employment tests as required

• Informing candidates about their status in a professional manner throughout various steps of the recruitment process

• Supporting the implementation of Employer Branding strategies

• Attending job fairs and networking events as required

• Participating in various recruitment and HR initiatives related to business needs

Skills you need to succeed:

• Good level of spoken English – at least B2+

• Being a graduate or student available full time

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to remain flexible, keep a positive attitude and open mind

• Strong customer service skills

• Being proactive and having a creative and dynamic personality
