Start date: March 2026

Work approach: Hybrid, we expect our employees to work from office twice a week.

Full time internship during the summer and part-time during university term time.

Your impact

Cisco Customer Experience Academy (CX Academy) Internship Program is crafted to provide you with practical opportunities to apply theory learned from the classroom to a professional work setting. You will be coached and mentored by some of the industry’s brightest minds who will help challenge and develop your skills. By participating in the Internship program you will:

Minimum Qualifications

  • You are currently enrolled in a Networking, IT, Computer Science, or related Engineering degree (being a student for the duration of the internship is a must)
  • You are proficient in English (written and verbal)
  • You are passionate about networking, information technology or computer science
  • You can live and work in Poland with no additional VISA sponsorship from Cisco during the duration of the program
  • You are a standout colleague and work well in small and large group environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • You have notions of technology in a relevant domain, such as: Routing, Switching, Datacenter, Virtualization, Mobility, Wireless, Unified Communications, Business Video, Security or Software Defined Networking
  • You understand the need to script and automate in Python or similar languages
  • Leverage good communication, consulting and customer relationship skills to build productive collaborations.
  • Knowledge of adjacent technologies, holding Cisco Certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) or industry recognized certifications is a plus.
