In the Client Service department we are in daily and direct contact with our customers –  whom are the biggest financial institutions in the world. As a trustful partner we support their day to day business, help resolve their problems and propose efficient solutions through collaboration. We offer our support via phone, mail and chat in 7 different languages, making us a truly international team bringing value where it matters.


Supporting our international clients.
Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with clients as well as gaining their trust and respect.
Works and constantly coordinates with different stakeholders internally, specifically account managers and operations, in solving service issues and escalations.
Interfacing with Euroclear’s Operations teams (Asset Servicing, Transactions Processing, Tax or Collateral) to solve problems and keep clients in the loop.
Anticipating client’s needs and finding solutions within the indicated policies and procedures.
Taking care of appropriate follow-up (timely, accurately) of all client matters.
Ensuring proactive communication to all parties involved.


2 years of experience in a sales, business development or customer service role.
Understanding of financial markets and knowledge of securities.
Genuine team player.
Strong proven relationship management and communication skills.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Strong client focus and can-do attitude.
