Your responsibilities
- The principal responsibility is managing designated group of customers while providing the highest standards of customer service through the entire Order to Delivery process.
- Customer care
- Order management on SAP base
- Deliveries arrangement
- Complaints handling
- New litho handling
- Payments and stocks monitoring
- Effective communication with customers via email and telephone
- Cooperation with different departments / plants
Our requirements
- Very good Dutch (C1/C2)
- Very good English
- Strong customer orientatation
- Multitasking ability and excellent time management skills
- Stress resistance
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility
- Experience on similar position preferable
- SAP will be an advantage
- Willingness to travel abroad if necessary
